Fishing for Mental Health
Having suffered with mental health and how fishing has helped me cope I always like to express how good this sport is as a coping mechanism. It has made me medication free and offers free meditation and mindset time.
Mental health is a terrible illness and I sympathise and support anyone who is struggling. If you haven’t tried fishing and you suffer with anxiety, depression, stress and other kinds then maybe fishing is something to try.
The natural sounds of nature, the river flowing, the birds, the wildlife that surrounds you instantly creates a sense of calmness, warmth and security to your body allowing you to let go of all that stress and tension your body is going through.
